H/MIX GALLERY の楽曲は、作曲家 秋山裕和がすべて作曲・編曲し、無料での利用を前提として公開しています。
なお「フリーBGM」とは著作権の放棄を意味するものではなく、本規約の範囲内で無料・自由にご利用いただけることを指します。

以下の規約は予告なく変更される可能性があります。以前の規約のもとで許諾を受けた方は、申請当時の規約が適用されます。

Every track on H/MIX GALLERY is composed and arranged by Hirokazu Akiyama, and published for free use. "Free" does not mean the music is in the public domain — it means you may use it freely within these terms. Copyright remains with the creator.

These terms may be updated without notice. If you received a license under a previous version, those terms remain in effect for you.

申請なしで利用できる場合

• 個人・同人サークルによる作品（同人誌・同人ゲームなど）への使用
• YouTube への動画投稿（広告収益化・企業チャンネルを含む）
  ※ 動画の説明欄に H/MIX GALLERY へのリンク（https://www.hmix.net）を記載していただけると、制作の大きな励みになります。
• 非商業コンテンツ・非営利団体の活動

商用ライセンスが必要な場合

• 商品・サービスのプロモーション映像・広告動画
• 企業VP・会社紹介映像・採用動画
• 楽曲コンテンツを含む商品（DVD・ゲーム・アプリなど）の販売
• 舞台・演劇・イベントでの商用BGM使用

禁止事項

• 楽曲ファイルの再配布・二次販売
• Spotify・Apple Music 等のストリーミングプラットフォームへの楽曲単体登録
• YouTube Content ID への楽曲登録（第三者への権利申立）
• NFT化・ブロックチェーン資産としての登録
• AI学習データとしての利用

Commercial License Required

• Product & service promotion videos, advertisements
• Corporate VP, company introduction, recruitment videos
• Commercial products containing the music (games, apps, DVDs, etc.)
• Commercial stage performances, events

Prohibited Uses

• Redistribution or resale of music files
• Uploading tracks as standalone releases to Spotify, Apple Music, etc.
• Registering tracks to YouTube Content ID to claim against others
• Minting as NFT or blockchain assets
• Use as AI training data

クレジット表記は必須ではありません。ただ、エンドロール・ゲームのクレジット画面・公演パンフレットなどに記載していただけると、楽曲制作を続けていく大きな支えになります。可能な場合はぜひご協力ください。推奨フォーマットはこちらです。

アレンジ・歌入れの場合：原曲にアレンジや歌を加えて公開する場合に限り、原曲が H/MIX GALLERY の楽曲であることの明記をお願いしています。

Content ID による申し立てについて

当サイトの楽曲は著作権管理のため Content ID に登録されています。以下に該当する場合、Content ID による申し立てが行われることがあります。

• 楽曲の再配布、またはそれに準ずる付加価値のない使用
• 楽曲のみをアップロードした動画（作業用BGM集等で本サイトの楽曲を使用する場合を含む）

通常の映像・ゲーム・作品での使用でクレームが届いた場合は、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。対応いたします。

禁止事項

利用者が当サイトの楽曲を YouTube Content ID や Facebook/Instagram Rights Manager などの権利管理システムに登録することは固く禁止します。

About Content ID claims

Our tracks are registered with Content ID for copyright management. Claims may be filed in the following cases:

• Redistribution of tracks, or use with no substantial added value
• Videos consisting solely of the music track (including "BGM compilation" uploads)

If you receive a claim for normal use in video, games, or creative work, please contact us and we will resolve it.

Prohibited

Registering H/MIX GALLERY tracks to YouTube Content ID, Facebook/Instagram Rights Manager, or similar systems is strictly prohibited.

商用ライセンスは、購入者本人・購入時に指定した1プロジェクトにのみ有効です。

「1プロジェクト」の定義

• 同一タイトルの作品1つ（映像・ゲーム・アプリ等）
• 同一の広告キャンペーン1件
• シリーズ作品の各話・続編は別プロジェクトとして扱います
• 同一動画の画質違い（4K版等）は同一プロジェクトとみなします
• 制作会社がクライアントのために購入した場合、そのライセンスはクライアントの当該プロジェクトに帰属します

ライセンスの第三者への譲渡・転売・再許諾は禁止します。
購入者の事業譲渡・法人合併の場合は別途お問い合わせください。

Commercial licenses are valid only for the purchasing party and the single project specified at time of purchase.

Definition of "1 project"

• One title (video, game, app, etc.)
• One advertising campaign
• Each episode or sequel counts as a separate project
• Resolution variants of the same video (e.g. 4K) are considered the same project
• When purchased by a production company on behalf of a client, the license applies to that client's project

Transfer, resale, or sublicensing to third parties is strictly prohibited.

H/MIX GALLERY は、以下について一切の責任を負いません。

• 本サイトの楽曲を利用したことにより生じた損害
• 第三者との著作権・肖像権・その他の権利に関する紛争
• 楽曲と第三者の既存著作物との類似性に関する問題
• システム障害・サーバー停止・データ消失による損害
• リンク先の外部サイトのコンテンツ・サービス

楽曲の利用はすべて利用者自身の責任において行ってください。

H/MIX GALLERY shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any damages arising from the use of music on this site
• Disputes with third parties regarding copyright, portrait rights, or other intellectual property
• Any similarity between tracks and pre-existing works by third parties
• Damages caused by system failures, server downtime, or data loss
• Content or services of external linked sites

All use of the music is entirely at the user's own risk.

本規約は日本法を準拠法とします。本サイトの利用に関して生じた一切の紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
