H/MIX GALLERYの全楽曲を、店舗・施設のBGMとして利用できる年額ライセンスです。1店舗¥9,900/年（月あたり¥825）。契約期間の縛りはなく、解約はWebのカスタマーポータルから行えます。全曲が管理団体非信託の自作曲のため、JASRAC等への手続きは不要です。An annual license to use all H/MIX GALLERY tracks as BGM in a store or facility. ¥9,900/year per store (¥825 a month). No fixed term; cancel via the web customer portal. Every track is the composer's own non-entrusted work, so no JASRAC paperwork is needed.
最低利用期間も違約金もありません。年額制で、更新をやめるのはいつでも自由です。No minimum term, no cancellation fee. It is a simple annual plan you can stop renewing at any time.

収録曲はすべて一人の作曲家による自作の器楽曲です。ファンタジー・オーケストラ、和風、ヒーリングなどの静かな曲が中心で、歌もの・市販ヒット曲は含みません。曲ごとの雰囲気が揃っているため、流しっぱなしでの利用に向いています。合うかどうかは、下の試聴でご確認ください。All tracks are instrumental pieces written by a single composer, mostly quiet fantasy-orchestral, Japanese, and healing music. There are no vocals or chart hits. The tracks share a consistent mood, which suits continuous background play. Whether it fits your space is best judged by listening below.

JASRACへの手続きが不要な理由Why no JASRAC paperwork is needed
お店で市販の音楽を流すには、通常、著作権管理団体（JASRAC等）への利用許諾手続きと使用料の支払いが必要です。H/MIX GALLERYの楽曲は全曲が作曲家本人の自作で、著作権管理団体に信託していません。そのため、店舗BGMパスの範囲でご利用いただく限り、店舗側の追加手続き・追加費用は不要です。Playing commercial music in a store normally requires a license from a collecting society (such as JASRAC) and ongoing fees. Every track on H/MIX GALLERY is the composer's own work and is not entrusted to any collecting society, so within the Store BGM Pass there is no extra paperwork or fee for your store.
ご購入後は、店舗名入りのライセンス証明書をすぐに発行します。家主・本部への提出や、権利関係の確認を求められた際の提示にご利用いただけます。After purchase, a license certificate bearing your store's name is issued immediately — ready to present to a landlord, head office, or anyone asking about rights.
※ テレビ・ラジオ・市販CD・配信サービスの楽曲を併用する場合、その音源には別途の権利処理が必要です。また、個人向け音楽サブスクリプション（Spotify等）の店舗利用は、各社の利用規約で認められていません。* If you also play TV, radio, commercial CDs, or streaming-service music, those sources need their own rights handling. - はい。全曲が作曲家本人の自作で、著作権管理団体に信託していないため、当パスの楽曲だけを流す限り店舗側の手続き・支払いは不要です。他の音源（市販曲・放送等）を併用する場合は、その分の権利処理が別途必要です。Yes. Every track is the composer's own, non-entrusted work, so as long as you play only Pass tracks, your store needs no procedures or payments. Other sources (commercial music, broadcasts) need their own handling.
- Q. 個人で契約しているSpotifyなどを店で流してはいけないのですか？Q. Can't I just play my personal Spotify in the store?
- 個人向け音楽サブスクリプションの利用規約は「個人利用・非商用」に限定されており、有料プランでも店舗BGMには使えません。店舗で流すには、業務利用が認められた音源・サービスを選ぶ必要があります。Personal music subscriptions limit use to "personal, non-commercial" purposes — even on paid plans, in-store BGM is outside the terms. Stores need music licensed for business use.

- Stripeからの領収書メールを発行します。適格請求書（インボイス）は、現在発行事業者の登録がないため対応していません。価格はすべて税込です。A Stripe receipt email is issued. Qualified invoices (Japan's invoice system) are not currently available. All prices include tax.

- 購入時に店舗数を指定できます。2店舗目以降は1店舗あたり¥4,950/年です。ホテル・商業施設など館内全体で流す場合は、施設パス（¥19,800/年）をご利用ください。Set the number of stores at checkout — each store from the 2nd is ¥4,950/yr. For whole-building use (hotels, malls), choose the Facility Pass (¥19,800/yr).
